The hotel was not very clean or well kept. There were bugs (ants, I think..) in my room. I travel frequently and this was definitely not one of the better locations I have visited. The patio space was dirty and the seating was moldy. The carpets were filthy and the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned (other than a quick wipe down) in ages. The cloth furniture, both in the room and in the common areas, was dirty and full of stains. This would not be a hotel I would choose again should I find myself in the area in the future. I will say that the staff was very friendly but that is the only positive thing I can say!

We have stayed at this hotel for many years now during the Illinois State Fair. We get 4 rooms for ourselves, our adult children and grandchildren. The place is wonderful and all the staff is the best. The food is excellent. The kids love the hot cookies as you come in the door. We will be there again in 2024!

I’ve never been so grossed out at a Hilton hotel. There was black mold present all over the bathroom, plus these weird orange/red stains everywhere. You could also see the dirt stains in the bathtub. And to make it even better, the shower curtain was stained and smelled so bad. The room also smelled like wet carpet. We brewed every Kcup and placed them all over our room. Didn’t help much. The sheets also smelled terrible. Unfortunately every hotel was booked up bc of the State Fair. Luckily we only had to endure for one day. I will say the staff was so nice though.

The staff here made this an amazing stay! I had quite the drive for work and was able to work with Peg to get an order in for dinner before the kitchen closed. Very thankful! In all the hustle and bustle when I returned home they found my earbuds, reached out and made sure to get them back to me. Shoutout to Cheyenne - you are appreciated!

Perfectly acceptable, comfortable accommodations that met expectations. The front desk attendant was trying to go above and beyond and was appreciated for sure. I wished they had legit half/half for coffee but oh well.

If you need a place to stay for a decent price, go with this one folks. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfy. There is a full-service restaurant as well. I highly recommend this place!

Terrible experience, big scam was way to expensive for the quality of the hotel. The pool area was small and smelt like mold. When asking for a refund she denied us a refund and she was extremely rude. When calling and making reservations they told us free breakfast, there was not free breakfast or dinner. Would not recommend you stay here!!!

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The tub/shower could use some new grout, and it would be nice to have USB ports in the room. The pool is small but the kids didn't seem to mind. Nice spa water and cookies to great you when you come in the lobby. Overall, I would stay here again if coming back to this area.
